The whole experiance was wonderful, everyone we met ie reception staff , restaurant staff were friendly, spoke to us in English, the spa area especially pool ,sauna steam was exceptionally clean , the position of the hotel in the village is central and near the very pretty church, we took a bus to glossglockner which was great and just outside hotel. If in area will go again to this great hotel, fantastic views, staff and just wow

zum fünften Mal im wunderschönen Heiligenblut, zum vierten Mal in der Nationalpark Lodge! Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in schönem Ambiente mit freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Service! Sehr gutes, vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt und Abendmenüwahl - da findet jeder sein Lieblingsessen. Die Küche nimmt auch sorgfältig Rücksicht auf besondere Essensbeddürfnisse, dafür ganz besonderen Dank!

Gelegen in een rustig dorpje met een kamer dat uitkijkt over het dal en op de mystieke kerktoren die je elk kwartier herinnert aan de tijd: hier en nu. Vriendelijk personeel, nette verzorgde kamers, goei bedden! Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt en pannenkoekjes, roereieren, spiegeleieren of gekookte eieren worden vers ter plaatse klaar gemaakt. Zwembad en ligweide waren perfect. Gelegen aan de voet van de gross glockner pas de perfecte uitvalsbasis om te genieten van de Alpen.

Wir waren sehr begeistert: freundliche und persönliche Begrüßung, sauberes Zimmer, neu saniertes Badezimmer und ein herrlicher Ausblick auf das Tal. Das Essen hat wunderbar geschmeckt, das Frühstücksbuffet hat alle Stückerl gespielt - alles was das Herz begehrt, wurde angeboten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Top-Personal. Jede/r war kompetent, bemüht, humorvoll, aufmerksam und höflich. Der Wellnessbereich war spitze, sogar die Sauna wurde extra für uns eingeschaltet, das Hallenbad modern und herrlich frisch. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Ok I mean you’re paying for location to the Alpine road. The staff was very nice. But. I felt like I was staying at the hotel from the Shining. Weird staircases, elevators, and rooms in strange nooks and crannies. We paid for budget double because we figured most our time would be in the park But. It was a relic. And our view was the cleaning ladies smoking on their break in a crevice between the buildings. For the price we paid I would’ve expected a nicer room. And the parking you have to walk 200m to a free garage but god luck on the 6 corners to get your car to next level/exit without hitting the narrow corners. I would not go again but as I said the staff was very nice it’s just the building is creepy old with no updates to rooms. Especially for price you pay.

Mit meinen Gelenksproblemen konnte ich dennoch wunderbare Wanderungen, ohne ständig mit Straßenverkehr frequentiert gewesen zu sein, mit meiner Schwiegertochter unternehmen, die mich vom Alltag ablenkten. Herrliche Entspannung fand ich im Wellness Bereich der Nationalpark Lodge und das tägliche Kulinark Etlebnis ließ uns nicht nur,staunen, sondern höchst befriedigt genießen. Das Steinbock Haus darf auch nicht unerwähnt bleiben! Von höchstem Interesse für Jung und Alt

Das Hotel ist der Hammer. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die persönliche Ansprache des Personals mit Vornamen bei gleichzeitiger 100% Professionalität. Die wissen, im Gegensatz zu mir was ich gestern leckeres getrunken habe und bringen mir das Handy hinterher wenn ich es beim Frühstück vergesse. 4 Sterne sprechen für sich. Alles top sauber, bequem, edel und das bei einer herrlichen Aussicht. Gern immer wieder. Danke euch für dieses tolle Erlebnis

Das Hotel wurde bereits mehfach von uns besucht. Die Zimmer sind je nach Kategorie, welche gebucht wird, ausgestattet und unterschiedlich groß. Wir bevorzugen die Seite zur Kirche, da ist es wunderbar ruhig, auch mit offenem Fenster. Unser Zimmer ist zwar von der Ausstattung etwas älter, aber sauber und gute Betten. Der Restaurantbereich und die Bar sind schön eingerichtet und der Service ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Wellnesbereich mit Sauna und Ruheräumen ist modern und ansprechend gestaltet. Kosmetik- und Wellnesbehandlungen finden zur Zeit nicht statt, da wie überall Personalmangel besteht. Das Essen, Frühstücksbuffet und Abendesses, sind von toller Qualität und werden appetitlich dargeboten. Morgens ist für alle Geschmäcker etwas dabei und abends werden verschiedene Gerichte mit und ohne Fleisch sowie Fisch gereicht. Alles sieht sehr gut aus und unsere Auswahl hat uns nicht enttäuscht. In der Bar kann man beim Kamin noch gemütlich den Abend ausklingen lassen. Das Personal ist freundlich und versucht den Wünschen der Gäste gerecht zu werden. Die Sauna wird auf Anfrage gerne eher angeschaltet, wenn z.B. das Wetter mies ist.
